It's time: the Currently Weather Service re-launch is here
Plus— we've extended our kickoff deal one more day
Today is the first day of hurricane season. Thankfully, it looks like there are no danger spots on the horizon in the Atlantic or the Caribbean right now. Seasonal forecasts have all pointed towards an active season this year — water temperatures in the tropics are already in mid-season form.
Today, June 1, is the official start of the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season, which runs through November 30. We're happy to report that the tropics look like they'll stay relatively quiet for at least the next 7 days!
